The Atlona Velocity Cloud is an online portal for AV integrators, facility AV/IT system administrators, and tech managers to remotely configure, monitor, and service Atlona Velocity Control Systems, from anywhere and anytime, with any device through a web browser. Velocity Cloud is a powerful resource for centralized organization and management of Velocity systems for an integrator’s clients, client sites, and specific locations such as buildings, floors, and rooms. It empowers users with a comprehensive host of features to deliver premium technical support and proactive customer service, through system configuration, troubleshooting, continuous system monitoring, event notifications, instant alerts, system backup and restoration, software and security updates, usage reporting, analytics, and much more. Velocity Cloud provides an essential foundation for integrators to offer a range of managed services to their clients.
Velocity Cloud is offered in two service tiers as a yearly subscription: Velocity Cloud Lite and Velocity Cloud Pro (coming soon). See the table below for a detailed comparison of features available for each version.
