Atlona Room Kits provide bundled, fast-to-install AV systems for a variety of common meeting room environments. These spaces typically include AV technology that allows participants to present content to a display or collaborate via video conferencing. Making these systems work requires integration of video, audio, USB, control, display, and networking components from several different manufacturers. Engineering, configuration, testing, and procuring these systems, as well as dependably repeating them can often be difficult.

Atlona solves these issues by providing single-SKU kits for some of the most common spaces where AV is used including huddle, conference, and training rooms. These predesigned and preconfigured solutions include an exclusive wall-mounted rack with the majority of AV components already installed. The sleek, low-profile enclosure dramatically reduces installation time and discreetly mounts behind the display.

Huddle Room Kit

AT-ARK-HR-104-KIT is an Atlona Room Kit designed for huddle rooms that host up to 4 individuals. It provides routing of HDMI video and USB data for laptop computers and includes a speakerphone, ePTZ camera, and automatic display control.

Recommended display size for this system is 55”. Display is not included and may be purchased separately from your system provider.

Routing and Extension
The Atlona AT-OME-MH21-CP switcher mounted at the small table provides USB-C or HDMI and USB connections for laptops as well as USB for the speakerphone. The USB-C connection provides convenient and clutter-free setup for newer laptops and MacBooks by offering video, audio, and USB data on a single cable. The Atlona AT-OME-EX-KIT is a HDBaseT extender kit for carrying HDMI, USB, and Ethernet signals from the OME-MH21-CP switcher to the display, ePTZ camera, and network switch.

ePTZ Camera
The Atlona AT-CAP-FC110 Captivate™ 4K ePTZ auto-framing camera delivers high quality performance and imaging of a conventional PTZ camera, but with a size and budget appropriate for smaller environments. The camera automatically frames the image based on people detected within the camera’s field of view, and continuously adjusts as participants enter and leave.

Audio
The Atlona AT-CAP-SP100 Captivate USB speakerphone is designed for use with popular video conferencing and unified communications platforms in more demanding small and medium sized corporate meeting environments. It features a 6-element microphone array that concentrates audio pickup on individual talkers as well as sophisticated audio processing optimized for voice intelligibility allowing meeting participants to be heard loud and clear.

USB
A key element of this design is its integration of USB to provide a superior videoconferencing experience over the standard laptop resources. When the user connects their laptop to the system, they gain access to the high-resolution camera and conferencing grade speakerphone.

Control
The OME-MH21-CP provides automatic control for the display. It sends a command to turn the display on whenever a source is connected. When the presenter disconnects their device, the OME-MH21-CP sends a shutdown command to the display.

Cabling
Panduit category cables are used for all networking connections and come bundled in the system design and build.

Small Conference Room

AT-ARK-SC-104-KIT is an Atlona Room Kit designed for small conference rooms that host up to 6 individuals. It provides routing of HDMI video and USB data for multiple devices such as laptop computers or room PC’s and includes a speakerphone, PTZ camera, and touch panel control.

Recommended display size for this system is 65”. Display is not included and may be purchased separately from your system provider.

The USB-C connection provides convenient and clutter-free setup for newer laptops and MacBooks by offering video, audio, USB data, and device charging on a single cable. The OME-MS42-KIT switcher also provides HDBaseT transmission of content to the kits’ receiver located behind the display. The receiver outputs HDMI content for the display and includes a USB connection for the PTZ camera.

The Atlona AT-HDVS-CAM delivers professional-quality video that is far superior to a conventional webcam. A large sensor and 10x optical zoom provide greater detail for recordings and video conferences. Motorized pan, tilt, and zoom allow for proper framing of meeting participants.

AT-ARK-TR-201-KIT is an Atlona Room Kit designed for training rooms that host sessions of up to 20 people. It provides routing of HDMI video and USB data for multiple devices, including remote inputs from instructors and students. The kit also features touch panel control, two PTZ cameras, support for a second display, and even more audio capabilities that suit the size and nature of the room.

Recommended display size for this system is 85”. Displays are not included and may be purchased separately from your system provider.

The Atlona AT-OME-PS62 matrix switcher with USB mounted at the instructor lectern provides USB-C or HDMI and USB connections for laptops and other sources as well as manages USB for the audio system and cameras. The USB-C connection provides convenient and clutter-free setup for newer laptops and MacBooks by offering video, audio, USB data, and device charging on a single cable. Two Atlona AT-OME-SW21-TX-WPC wallplates provide auxiliary USB-C and HDMI input connections at the instructor lectern and a remote location routing to the OME-PS62 switcher. The OME-PS62 provides two matrixed outputs. One is an HDMI output to an Atlona AT-OME-EX-KIT supporting extension of content to display one as well as USB connections for a camera and audio DSP. The the second is an HDBaseT output to an Atlona AT-OME-EX-RX receiver supporting content to display two and USB connection for the second PTZ camera.

PTZ Camera
The Atlona AT-HDVS-CAM delivers professional-quality video that is far superior to a conventional webcam. A large sensor and 10x optical zoom provide greater detail for recordings and video conferences. The two PTZ cameras in the system allow for proper framing of the instructor and presentations with one camera, and the rest of the class with the second.

USB
A key element of this design is its integration of USB to provide a superior videoconferencing/distance instruction experience over standard laptop resources. When the user connects their laptop to the system, they gain access to the high-resolution cameras and conferencing grade audio system.
