General Return Policy
We offer 30 days satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase for most of the products that we sell unless it is a special order or labor. Shipping is not refundable. If Free Shipping was received, actual shipping amount will be deducted from the return if product is not defective. Before return is placed, RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number should be obtained via phone or email (877-536-3976 or email support@atlona.com). Once you have obtained an RMA number from Atlona Technologies or from Atlona’s dealer/distributor, you must send the product(s) freight prepaid to Atlona Technologies within 30 days from RMA issuance date. Any returns received by Atlona after 30 days from the RMA issuance date are subject to 15% restocking fee. Any returned received after 60 days from RMA issuance date will not be processed and will be sent back to you at your expense. An RMA form included in your RMA confirmation email must be fully filled out and included with your return to insure a quick processing on our side. Absence of the fully filled out form might delay processing of your return.
All product(s) must be in the original condition, in the original packaging and have all parts, accessories, manuals, etc. included. Otherwise a restocking fee will be applied in the amount of damages/cost of missing items. Please note that we will not accept any product(s) that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification. They will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund/exchange will be issued.
Please use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery (such as Federal Express, UPS, DHL, etc.). Lenexpo, Inc. (Atlona Technologies) does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless proof of delivery to Atlona is provided. Product(s) shipped to Atlona must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. The Atlona RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you send your product(s) to Atlona without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will not be processed and returned to you at your own expense. No refund/exchange will be issued in this case.
Refused Shipments
The quickest way for us to be able to handle a return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. If you refuse shipment, your shipping will still not be refunded; it will only delay your credit for your purchase. On all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs. If through no fault of Lenexpo the shipment is refused, we will charge your account for any shipping and handling fees to recover the expenses we incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee for an unauthorized return.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product that you have purchased from Atlona Technologies, simply ship the product back in its original packaging, and you'll receive a full money back that you have originally paid for this product. Return shipping will not be reimbursed. In order to expedite the process of refund, please contact our customer service department for receive and Return Authorization Number.
